Egg Powder Products

At Life Omnifoods Ltd, we specialise in manufacturing, packaging, and distribution of universal food products considered necessary for good living. We are makers of Suki RoyaleTM Egg Powder products, the first mainstream egg powder in the Nigerian market. Our products are made from Pasteurised, spray-dried 100% healthy natural hen eggs. They are also Halal, NAFDAC-registered, and internationally certified. We serve households and businesses.

Our Egg powder products come in three variants:

Whole Egg Powder.Our Whole Egg Powder is made from whole hen egg yolk and white. It is suitable for biscuits, bakery, pasta, noodles, ready-made food mixes, pastry-making products, etc. One kilogram of powder is equivalent of 84 whole eggs. Recommended mix for 1 kg is 250g powder and 750g water at room temperature. Or, 1 serving of powder plus 3 servings of water. Shelf life is 12 months. It contains no additives or preservatives.

Egg Yolk Powder. Our Egg Yolk Powder is made from natural hen egg yolk. It is suitable for mayonnaise, dressings, bakery, pastries, noodles, convenience and ready meals, desserts, ice cream, pasta, cosmetics, One kilogram of powder is equivalent of 115 egg yolks. Recommended mix for 1 kg is 430g powder and 570g water. Or, 1 serving of powder plus 11/3 servings of water. Shelf life is 12 months. It contains no additives or preservatives.

Egg White Powder. Our Egg White Powder is made from natural hen egg albumen. It is suitable for confectionery, bakery, meringues, frostings, marshmallows, macarons, souffles, puddings, yogurts, dressings, and meat industry. One kilogram of powder is equivalent of 250 egg whites. Recommended mix for 1 kg is 125g powder and 875g water. Or, 1 serving of powder plus 7 servings of water. Shelf life is 24 months. It contains no additives or preservatives.
